As a small group in Nunavut, Canada prepare for a seminal LGBTTQ* Pride celebration in the Arctic, the film explores how colonization and religion have shamed and erased traditional Inuit beliefs about sexuality and family structure and how, 60 years later, a new generation of Inuit are actively “:” their past.

This year, the Reel Pride Film Festival has moved to the Park Theatre, located at 698 Osborne Street in Winnipeg. For all screenings at the Park Theatre the box office opens 30 minutes before the first film of the day, and doors open 10 minutes before each film. The fully accessible venue is licensed and drinks can be brought into the theatre during screenings.
Tickets are $10. If you are buying your tickets at the box office, come early as you may have to wait in line.
